A few things worth knowing, so your letter and my answer meet in the same place.
Response time
I answer messages myself, in batches, usually within two to five days. If it has been longer, please write again — sometimes a letter goes quiet in a filter.
Not therapy
The practice is trauma-aware pedagogy. It does not replace professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a licensed provider or a crisis line first.
